Abstract

Rapid development and growth of population triggrers the increase of needs in society. The kind of needs used by the society is electronics. Later, in the society appeared unused electronics which will eventually become trash is called Electronic Waste (E-Waste). One of the e-waste generated by household is water pump machine type shimizu ps 126 bit. Unused water pump machines are usually found in the junk collectors. The components of various types of metals are separated from the others by junk collectors to be sold to small industries which need these components. Then, these components are recycled into a valuable product, so it requires a sequence of disassembly process and product disassembly time. To know the sequence of product disassembly process, Disassembly Level Matrix (DLM) method is used. Based on the results of DLM method, there are four sequence of disassembly. From these sequences is selected the best and fastest sequence. There are two disassembly times, those are measured and estimated disassembly time. Measured disassembly time is obtained from product disassembly, while estimated disassembly time is obtained from effective disassembly time. It can be concluded that the best sequence of disassembly sequence is disassembly sequence 1 (Pump Cover) with time 305,45 seconds.
