Abstract
Biology learning is science in the form of facts, concepts, principles that cannot be separated from practicum activities in the laboratory to test the theory that has been conveyed. The success of practicum is supported by several factors including laboratory management, facilities and infrastructure at the Laboratory. Research conducted in the laboratory of SMA 1 Ceper using research instruments in the form of questionnaires, documentation, laboratory observations directly and using interview methods. The results of calculations carried out furniture by 85.71% are classified in good criteria. Adequate educational equipment is 64% so it can be concluded that the school education equipment is in a good category, 60.61% of the tools and experimental materials are categorized as good. the educational media is in adequate condition at 100%. As much as 76.9% of consumables are in adequate condition and categorized as in good condition in adequate condition and 60% of the equipment is categorized as good enough. the preparation and implementation process has 80% entered into very good criteria. while for evaluation of 60% is a good criterion.
