Abstract
Problems in this research is how the implementation of the agreement and dispute resolution in case of problems in the agency agreement in PT. AIA FINANCIAL. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of the agreement and the settlement of disputes in case of problems in the agency agreement. The method used is empirical juridical approach. The data source consists of primary data ie interviews and secondary data ie official documents, books, and research results tangible reports. Methods Data collection through literature study and field study (interview), then the data were analyzed qualitatively. In the implementation of the agency agreement often the occurrence of irregularities committed by the agency to AIA Financial and cause the implementation of the agency agreement, in the dispute resolution company AIA Financial prioritizes the completion of deliberation to reach consensus if unsuccessful both parties agree to settle through the litigation path.
