Abstract

This study aims to determine the inflation, interest rate, money supply and net export to the rupiah exchange rate in Indonesian. The analysis used in this research is by using multiple regression with PAM (Partial Adjusment Model), because this research is used for analyze effect independent variabel to dependent variable. The method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with Partial Adjusment Model (PAM). The data is the time series data from 1988-2016.The results of this study indicate that the inflation, interest rate, and money supply significant to rupiah exchange rate in Indonesia, while the net export not significant. From the regression results obtained R-Square value of 0.945689 it is described that the variables in this study able to produce the dependent variable of 94.56% as for 5.44% again by other variables outside this study.
