Abstract
The capital structure of the company is the determining source of funding used by the company. The right composition of the company's capital structure is needed by the company. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the extent to which the influence of Profitabiliity, Business Risk, Asset Structure, Company Size and Liquidity to the Capital Structure of the Company registered on the Syariah Stock Index of Indonesia in 2013-2017. This study used secondary data in the form of audited financial reports from twenty nine samples of agro indusry companies; automotive (machinery and parts); footwear & leather; chemistry; basic metal, iron and steel; food and beverage; cement; cable; electronics; textile & textile products; and oil and gas listed on the Indonesian Syariah Stock Index (ISSI) in 2013-2017. The method used in the research sample is multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this research shows that the Company Size and Liquidity variables have a significant effect on the Company's Capital Structure, while the Profitability, Business Risk and Asset Structure variables have no significant effect on the Company's Capital Structure. The five independent variables influence the capital structure of 34.5%.
