Abstract
This study aims to determine the protection of criminal law provided against domestic workers who become victims of violence and protection of domestic workers seen in the judge's decision. The method of research through normative approach method that is descriptive. The type of data includes secondary data ie primary law source and secondary law source, while data source comes from literature study, then data is analyzed using qualitative data analysis. The results show that the protection of criminal law provided to domestic workers is divided into two, namely formal criminal law and material criminal law, namely to prevent from becoming victims of non-victimized crime and legal protection for those who have become victims of violence that is obtaining restitution and compensation, counseling, legal services and legal aid. The judge's verdict against the defendant in accordance with the existing legal facts has been proven and based on the existing criminal law rules he has decided the indictment of the three defendants. Legal protection in this case is in accordance with the protection of criminal law to domestic workers who become victims of violent crime with the view of each element in the law on which judge consideration.
