Abstract

Abstract The target of this research to know factors which cause the happening of defrayal have problem at defrayal of Qardh in BMT Arafah and to be able to know how to BMT Arafah handle defrayal have problem at defrayal of Qardh and also earn to know how to BMT Arafah handle defrayal have problem at defrayal of Qardh. This Research represents research of field with data descriptively qualitative analysis. The data obtained from result of observation, documentation and interview which writer conduct in BMT Arafah Sejahtera of Grogol Sukoharjo directly. To conclude from data writer use approach of descriptive qualitative analysis. Conclusion of this writing is that: 1) Factors cause of defrayal of Qardh have problem in BMT Arafah Sejahtera because of and member of BMT intuition inexistence and itself or guidance of BMT Arafah Sejahtera to member owning the effort to be effort which run it become goodness; 2) Handling applied by BMT Arafah Sejahtera in handling defrayal of Qardh having problem, covering: a) Do approach familiarity that is reminding, b) Rescheduling (scheduling repeat), c) Write off (abolition of debt); 3) Pursuant to data above that performance of BMT Secure and prosperous Arafah in handling defrayal of Qardh have problem as according to religious advices National Syariah Council of Majelis Ulama Indonesia.
