Abstract
The purpose of this research is to describe the socialization of the fourth principle, to describe the obstacles encountered, and to describe the solution to overcome the obstacle in the socialization of the fourth principle through the simulation learning model at the organization Garang Putra Karang Taruna in Dukuh Kemiri RT. 01/RW 02, Keyongan, Nogosari Boyolali District The type of this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects were the heads of village heads, community leaders including Rt/Rw, and Gandu Putra cadets at Dukuh Kemiri Rt. 01/Rw. 02, Keyongan, Nogosari, Boyolali. The object of this research is to improve the understanding of the 4th principle on Gandu Putra youth in Hamlet Rt. 01/Rw. 02, Keyongan, Nogosari, Boyolali through simulation learning model. Data collection techniques in this study is interactive which includes interviews, observation, and documentation. This study uses two kinds of triangulation, ie triangulation of data sources and triangulation techniques or data collection methods. The results of this study can be concluded that: 1) ocialization of the Fourth Precepts Through Simulation at the Organization Coral Gandu Putra In Hamlet Hamlet RT. 01) RW 02, Keyongan, Nogosari Boyolali District, namely a) Prioritizing the interests of the state and society, b) Not imposing the will of others, c) Prioritizing consensus culture in making joint decisions, and d) Deliberate until the word mufakat is filled with the spirit kinship. 2) Constraints Faced in Socialization of the Fourth Precepts Through Simulation at the Organization of Taruna Gandu Putra In Hamlet Hamlet RT. 01/RW 02, Keyongan, Nogosari Boyolali District, that is selfishness, individualism, influence from friends, and factor from family. 3) Solutions To Overcome Constraints In The Socialization Of The Four Precepts Through Simulation At The Organization Of Taruna Gandu Putra In Hamlet Hamlet RT. 01/RW 02, Keyongan, Nogosari Boyolali District, which is: to give an understanding about the importance of obeying the rules and not to be selfish, to give understanding to not to impose their opinion on others, good at choosing friends and to understand about the importance of consensus deliberation.
