Abstract

This study aims to describe the shape planting of religious and discipline character throught of Pengajian Jumat in SMK Binawiyata Sragen lesson years 2017/2018., various problems encountred and solutions are provided. The researcger used qualitative appoarch, collecting data with source triangulation and technique. The research analyzed the data by using interactive through data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The result showed to inculcate religious and disciplinary character through the activity of Pengajian Jumat in SMK Binawiyata Sragen is by motivation, understanding of the matter say greetings, get protection, reward from Allah SWT, paved the way to heaven, get used to pray to get smoothness, tranquility, salvation, knowledge obtained useful, get Ridho from Allah SWT, the implementation is not serious, given the lecture material related to the prayer, the initial implementation must be forced by the teacher, the training recite the Quran according to the reading law, following recitations recitals, intelligent Al Quran, not all students read Al Quran correctly, following the great payroll, social service, giving information and mutual reminded, there are still students who are late, provide socialization, forced implementation, provide regular exercise to the female students to carry out the tasks that have been given by teachers or teachers with patience, passion, and if successful will get a reward. Constraints faced are facilities and infrastructureis not yet completed, implementation time constraints, the ustadzah who did come because there are interests that can not be abandoned, there has been not strict sanctions for female students who did not attend the Pengajian Jumat, lack of motivation and awareness of female students to attend the Pengajian Jumat, and female students who become a minority in school. The solution provided is equip facilities and infrastructure, teacher fostering Pengajian Jumat activities and others ahould accompany the student, macking strict rules ad sanction, and teacher who enter the class remind and motivation the female students about the importance of understanding the science of religion.
