Abstract
This research aims to know the background of formal education on the members of Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, know the motivation to work on the members of Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, know organizational experience on the members of Badan Permusyawaratan Desa,describes the relevance of formal education background the motivation to work and organizational experience against the intensity of participation in the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the agencies of the members of Badan Permusyawaratan Desa in the Manang village Grogol Distric of Sukoharjo. This research uses quantitative approach associative. The data were collected using techniques of interview and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used is multiple regression analysis, t test and F test In addition done also the calculation of the drag coefficient determination, effective contribution and relative contributions. There is a positive influence between formal education background against the intensity of participation in the implementation of the main tasks and institutional function on the members of Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, there is a positive influence on the motivation to work against the intensity of participation in the implementation of the main tasks and institutional function on the members of Badan Permusyawaratan Desa, and there is a positive influence on organizational experience against the intensity of participation in the implementation of the main tasks and institutional function on the members of Badan Permusyawaratan Desa. Data analysis results obtained the value of the determination coefficient (R^2 ) of 0,913 which shows that the combination of formal education background variable, work motivation and organizational experience of 91,30%, while the rest of 8.70 percent influenced by other variables which are not examined in this research.
