Abstract

Down syndrome is chromosome anomaly, that formation trisomy 21 result to failure a pair of chromosome to separate one another at the time fussuon. To find out what is the porpose neuro developmental treatment and neurosenso motor reflexs integration in increase muscle strength of AGA, AGB and functional ability in down syndrome. After 6 weeks of therapy, the results of the muscle strength examination with MMT shoulder T1: 3 to T6: 3, elbow T1: 3 to T6: 3, wrist T1: 4 to T6: 4, hip T1: 2 to T6: 2, knee T1: 2 to T6: 2, ankle T1: 2 to T6: 2, basic functional ability with DDST get abnormal result, reflex examination result has not changed at reflex level mid brain and cortical, Neuro developmental treatment can increase functional ability, increase coordination or balance, teach the posture and movement patterns, and increase muscle strength Neurosensorimotor Refleks Integration if the reflex arc of sensory input, brain processing, and motor response is complete, and the various reflexes are neurologically mature (myelinated), then physical, emotional and cognitive functions will function normally.
