Abstract

As the development of the potential of art, especially the art of illustration in Surakarta are then characterized by the appearance of the flow of the art so that each group / arts community, institutions of art and arts organizations in particular institutions that sprung hence the need for a forum to showcase their works worthy to receive appreciation from the community spacious and able to accommodate the activity / activities of the artists in developing their creativity. One of the problems that arise are different ideologies and ideas that lead to non-cooperation and mutual support in enhancing creativity become obstructed.
