Abstract

merchandise, klithikan means used goods. Still the economic value of the used goods is then used as a business opportunity for people or traders to profit from it, In Semarang City there is a market that sells goods klithikan that is Waru Market originally intended to accommodate street vendors which usually hangs on the road progo and Jalan Citarum, Semarang. Market Condition Waru Klithikan the less good and slums to make Market Waru Klithikan less enthusiasts buyers that make Waru market is not developed. By developing or meredesain Pasar Waru Klitihkan Semarang City becomes a tourist destination is expected to overcome the problems that exist there. Making this Pasar Klthikan as a tourist destination can attract visits from various circles either from the local area to outside the city that can also move the economy of the region. The use of modern and unique building concept but does not leave the traditions of the sellers and buyers meeting transaction, is expected to attract visitors and tourists. The addition of added creative tourism concept will also collect a lot of visitors, especially the communities who like to used goods, old school, antique and unique, so that this can make the tourist attraction in Pasar Waru Klithikan Semarang.
