Abstract

Unbalanced between the income of Blora regency which is only Rp. 55 Billion per year with APBD of Blora regency it reachs Rp. 2,2 Trillion. This caused the unbalanced of building infrastructure in Blora Kota district and Cepu district. Although Blora regency has industrial sectors of oil and many of migrants, these can not make the balance of regional income and APBD. To solve this problem, Government try to explore more natural or artificial tourism potential so it can develop the regional income. In Blora regency has more untapped tourism places, one of them is Bengawan Solo. Bengawan Solo river has the important role in Blora regencyas the life source of society. The resort is suitable placed in riverside of Bengawan Solo because resort is rarely in Blora Regency and it can influences visitors from inside and outside, so they could know the beautiful of Bengawan Solo river. Ronggolawe Resort is the resort placed in Cepu district, Blora regency. It has facilities as follows accommodation, fitness, massage, SPA, restaurant, playground, green open spaces, and water sport. This resort apply waterfront and sustainable architecture which has goal to readjustment the riverside of Bengawan Solo to be sustainable waterfront architecture. So it will not contaminate the nature and help to decrease the negative impacts of global warming.
