Abstract

This study aimed to describe 1) The planning of Tahfidzul Qur'an activities in SD Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar, 2) The organizing of Tahfidzul Qur'an activities in SD Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar, 3) The implementation of Tahfidzul Qur'an activities in SD Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar, 4) The evaluation of Tahfidzul Qur'an activities in SD Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar. Type of research is qualitative research, with descriptive qualitative research design.. The technique data collection using are interviews, observastion and documentation. The data validity by triangulation of sources and triangulation of technique. The data analysis incuded data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The result study are as follow as : 1). The planning Tahfidzul Qur'an in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar compiled by tahfidz coordinator in the form of work program tahfidzul Qur'an was passed at the meeting at the beginning of the school year. 2). The organization of Tahfidzul Qur'an at SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar consists of the principal, vice principal of the curriculum, vice pricipal of student school, Tahfidz coordinator, Tahfidz teacher and Tahfidz teacher of morning freelance. 3). Implementation of Tahfidzul Qur'an in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar according to schedule of Tahfidz subject of each class. 4). Evaluation of Tahfidzul Qur'an in SDIT Muhammadiyah Al-Kautsar in the form of assessment of students' achievement was measured by oral test. Keywords: Tahfidzul Qur’an, Elementary School
