Abstract
Population is a serious problem in Indonesia. Family Planning (KB) is an effort to strengthen the KKBPK program that is managed and organized from, by, and for the community in obtaining a family planning program, as an effort to create a quality family. Japoh Village and Central Sragen Village have been selected as research areas because of these two regions, with the reason that Japoh Village is a rural area and Central Sragen is an urban area in Sragen Regency and the researchers compared the Village and regional programs in the two KB areas. Data analysis method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, which is descriptive qualitative as a procedure in research that produces data in the form of words or verbally from people involved in research and observable behavior. Data collection techniques carried out in the study were the collection of secondary data and primary data with in-depth interviews with village heads, village midwives, program administrators, and KB acceptors. Data processing techniques using the theory of Miles and Huberman in Sugiyono (2015: 246), there are three components of data analysis, namely: 1) Data reduction, selection, simplification, and transformation of raw data in all forms of field notes and documents. 2) data presentation, collection of information to facilitate researchers to understand the overall picture and plan the next phase based on what has been understood.3) draw conclusions, supported by valid evidence. This study uses Strength analysis techniques, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats. The results showed that: Central Sragen Village was more detailed about the composition of the management and activities in the KB village program. At the time of the interview, it was easier to communicate and Informative, but one problem that existed in Central Sragen was the change of the village head when the village of KB had been declared. Japoh village in the management structure still lacks PLKB officers (Family Planning Field Officers) while in the KB village activities it has not run smoothly. The analysis and discussion of the first objectives of each village was carried out in a declaration, then held a meeting with all the Kelurahan officials, forming the composition of the management, the management of the tasks and activities. The analysis and discussion of the first objectives of each village was carried out in declaration, then held a meeting with all Kelurahan officials, forming the composition of the management, the committee compiled the tasks and activities. Second, analyzed the factors using the SWOT analysis. The conclusions in this study are KB Village program activities carried out well such as the existence of TRIBINA activities (Fostering of Toddler Families, Fostering of Youth Families, and Fostering of Elderly Families), Safari (free family planning), weakness factors lack of PLKBD officers (Regional Family Planning Field Officers) and lack of community towards the program. Suggestions To overcome the low community response, the BKKBN Sragen as the person in charge of the KB Village program must be able to strengthen the partitioning of the community to the people involved in the KB Village program.
