Abstract

The development of technology to date raises human needs more and more, one of which is the electrical energy. Electricity used to meet household needs as well as the industry. In PT. Macanan Jaya Cemerlang Klaten shards of PT. Intan Pariwara Klaten which is engaged in publishing and printing industry, electricity is used for lighting and other electrical equipment that is used in the production process. In the year 2017, PT. Macanan Jaya Cemerlang Klaten effort going fires and suspected cause is short circuit. The purpose of this research is to know the suitability of electrical installations PT. Macanan Jaya Cemerlang with the Persyaratan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) 2011 and do redesign electrical installations PT. Macanan Jaya Cemerlang. The research starts from data capture, draw a single line diagrams by using AutoCAD software, analyze data, perform a redesign if it does not correspond to PUIL 2011, and the final step is the withdrawal of the conclusion. The route to building E on the old main distribution panel door number 6 there is a mismatch. The cable being used is NYY 4 x 95 mm2 and protected by a circuit breaker 250 A, whereas the ability of conductivity flow identifier gadget protection cables NYY 4 x 95 mm2 based PUIL 2011 only 200 A. So, to fit the PUIL 2011 circuit breaker used must be changed to 200 A.
