The population in this study is angakatan 2015/2016 accounting education students totaling 100 students were then taken 78 students in the sample. Data were collected by questionnaire. The questionnaire method used to collect data variables Student Perceptions Regarding Teaching Skills Lecturer and Student Learning liveliness. Prerequisite test data analysis includes linearity test, normality test. The data analysis technique for the hypothesis using the F test, t-test, R2,and the relative contribution and effective. Results of regression analysis Y = 19.095 +0,447X 1+ 0,394X2 means that the results of student learning is influenced by Student Perceptions Regarding Teaching Skills Lecturer and Student Learning liveliness. The conclusion of this study were: 1) Perception of Students Regarding Skills Teaching Lecturer significant effect on student learning outcomes, it is evident from the results of the t test obtained tcount> ttable (4.097> 1.992) at the 5% significance level and a P value (0.000 < 0.05), 2) The students' learning activeness significant effect on learning outcomes. This is evident from the t test results obtained tcount> ttable (3.430> 1.992) at significance level of 5% .and P value (0.001 <0.05), 3) Perceptions Concerning Student Teaching Skills Lecturer and student learning activeness jointly significant effect on the results of this study. Evident from the test resultsF obtained Fcount>Ftable, 41.571> 3.12 at the 5% significance level and a P value ( 0.000 <0.05). The test results obtained value determination coefficient R2= 0.526, meaning that 52.6% of learning outcomes are influenced by Student Perceptions Regarding Teaching Skills Lecturer and Student Learning liveliness. The remaining portion of 47.4% is explained by other variables not examined, for example the learning environment, learning and motivation to learn.
