Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of variables Motivation, Organizational Commitment, job Satisfaction on Perusuhaan effect on Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB). The sample of this study amounted to 100 people employees who work in the production of course with the number of employees as many as 100 employees. The technique of using sampling techniques in probability sampling or data collection in accordance with the criteria used in this study. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis to test the classical assumption first. The results showed the variable of organizational Commitment, And Job Satisfaction have a significant influence on Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB). While the variable of Work Motivation has no significant influence on Organizational Citizen Behavior (OCB).
