Abstract
Background: Low back myogenic pain is a condition of excessive muscle contraction in the lower back due to repeated use of muscles resulting in muscle tension. Objectives: to know the benefits of Infra red, Myofascial release, and William flexion exercise in Low back pain myogenic case Results: after therapy 6 times, there was a decrease of pain in motion T0: 5 to T6: 2,5, an increase in cervical spine motion (LGS) in flexion motion T0: 4 cm to T6: 7 cm, Extension T0: 4 cm into T6: 5 cm, Side flexion Dextra T0: 12 cm to T6: 16 cm, Side flexion Sinistra T0: 15 cm to T6: 18 cm. Conclusion:giving Infra red modalities, Myofascial release and William flexion exercise can reduce pain, increase joint motion (LGS), and increase functional activity in the lower back.
