Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of social motivation, career motivation, economic motivation and quality motivation in interest to following the accounting profession education. The technique in this research is purposive, the sampel is amount to 199 students strata 1 majoring in accounting class of 2014 and 2015 in Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta, Sebelas Maret University, and Islam Batik University. The analysis is multiple linear analysis. The result of this study show that career motivation, economic motivation, work experience and school fee is significant influential in interest to following the accounting profession education.
