Abstract

Myofacial Trigger Point Syndrome is as a hypertyllable point or place located in a strained muscle or facia structure, when suppressed can cause local pain or radiation. To determine the effect of TENS, US, massage and exercise therapy in reducing silent pain, tap, and motion and spasm and increase LGS in cases of MTPS in upper trapezius dextra muscle. After 6 weeks of therapy, the result of decreased silent pain of T0-T1; 2.4 cm T6: 0cm, press T0-T1; 3.7 cm T6: 1cm, T0-T1: 4.8 cm to T6: 2.7 cm, decreased spasm of T0-T1: +++ to T6: +, and increase in cervical joint motion (LGS) scope on side motion of the synthesis flexion T0-T1: 20 ° to T6: 45 °, rotation of the T0-T1: 15 ° sinestra to T6: 50 °. TENS, US, massage and exercise therapy can overcome the existing disorders in cases of myofacial trigger point syndrome m. upper trapezius dextra.
