Abstract
The local parliament is a sub equivalent of government which is has a function to decide, run and supervise, together with the regional government and the form of regional autonomy on the basis of government. The parliament also become stakeholders of the community to deliver all the aspirations of the regional government. In fact, local parliament has become part of the community that have equal authority with the rule. Administrative arrangement, known as bureaucracy. The bureaucracy is part of the formal organization where in this research bureaucracy as an administrative order that is complex and hierarchial evidence on. This research aims to know the communication pattern of the organization that happens in government organizations such as the local parliament of Sukoharjo, for it is this research done in Sukoharjo. This research uses snowball sampling method, where this method journeyed from one informers and will continue to 2 increase along the way the research. Usually the next informants is the result of recommendations from the previous informants. Informers in this research are taken from head to the member of the board of the local parliament of Sukoharjo directly related to the practice of the bureaucracy in the local parliament of Sukoharjo. In addition researchers using the in-depth interviews with questions given in random order and giving freedom to the informers, to give an answer in accordance with the needs of the data needed. The results of this research lead to the formation of formal and informal communication in the local parliament of Sukoharjo, where formal communication includes in this meeting, memos, discussion and division of tasks. On the other side of the communication infromal wakes up between members of the local parliament of Sukoharjo, in the conversion of the previous message that in mention formally.
