Abstract

This study aims to analyze the efficiency between local revenues, general allocation funds and special allocation funds with the financial performance of Wonogiri Regency Government in 2010-2016. The data used in this study is time series data, which includes input and output variables: local revenue, general allocation funds and special allocation funds in 2010-2016. This data is obtained from the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance at the Ministry of Finance. The tool or method used in this research is using Data Envelopment Analysis Program 2.1 to evaluate the performance of an activity in an entity or organization unit. The results of the Data Envelopment Analysis analysis show that there are three years from seven years taken as the time span of the research indicating efficient and others inefficient.
