Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of factors affecting GDP of the transportation sector in Central Java Province in 2000 - 2015". This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing and knowing the amount of motor vehicles, the length of the road, and the number of population on the growth of PDRB transportation sector in Central Java in 2000 - 2015. In this study used data series of time series data (time series) from the Central Statistics Agency and the World Bank. The analytical method used is the analysis of multiple quadrant linear regression (Ordinary Least Square). Based on regression result of Ordinary Least Square (OLS) showed that variable of motor vehicle have a significant positive effect on growth of PDRB of transportation sector in Central Java, variable of road length have no significant positive effect to growth of PDRB of transportation sector in Central Java, GDP growth in the transportation sector in Central Java.
