Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Perception of Convenience, Perception of Convenience, Perception of Security and Confidentiality, System Effectiveness, System Feasibility and Taxpayer Satisfaction of Using e-filing. The data obtained is the result of filling questionnaires conducted by the respondents who are randomly selected, as many as 100 taxpayers who use e-filing in the Tax Office Pratama Surakarta. The statistical test used is multiple linear regression test and the data obtained is processed by using SPSS statistical software. The conclusion of this research is Perception of Security and Confidentiality influence to the use of e-filing, System Feasibility influence to the use of e-filing, Taxpayer Satisfaction effect on the use of e-filing.
