Abstract

The purposes of this research is to analyze the organizational culture, independence, competence, leadership style, and professionalism. This research was conducted at the public accounting firm in Surakarta ang Yogyakarta. The technique of determination of the sample used in this research is convenience sampling. The number of collected as many as 42 auditors. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 19.0. The results of this study show that the organizational culture and leadership style is influence on the auditor performance, while the role of independence, competence, and professionalism is not influence on the auditor performance.
