Abstract

The purposes of this research is to analyze the participation of budget preparation, budget goal clarity, and organizational culture to the performance of local government officials in Purworejo City Government. This research was conducted at the office of government official who work in purworejo district.The population of this research is the local government apparatus occupying the position of Eselon II, III, and IV in purworejo district. The technique of determination of the sample used in this research is purposive sampling which amounted to 55 respondent. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20.0.The results show that budgetary participation have is not influence positive on the performance of local government officials. Budget goal clarity and organizational culture has influence on performance of local government officials.
