Abstract
The Purpose of this research is to determine the effect of firm size, profitability, operational complexity, and audit opinion on audit delay at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population is manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2015. Sampling technique employed is Purposive Sampling with the total sample of 210 companies. Analytical technique used in this research is analysis of logistic regression. The result shows that audit opinion is constitute of factor which influence of audit delay, company size, profitability, and operational complexity aren’t constitute of factors which influence of audit delay.
