Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liuidity Risk on Bank failures in banking data listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) and to determine the effect of Credit Risk bank failure in banking data listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in the reseach bank registered in Bank Indonesian Samples take the bank listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) periode 2012-2016. Research data obtained from the annual financial statements in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI and Bank Website, bank using State Owned Bank, Private Foreign Exchange National Private Banks, Private Non-Foreign Exchange National Private Banks Based on the results of research Variables LDR has no significant effect on probability of default banks NPL variable has a significant influence on probability of default bank F test analysis results LDR and NPL variables together have a significant effect on probability of default bank. The results on this F test indicate that the model used is fit.
