Abstract

Online transactions today become a new business model that is increasingly in love with the people of Indonesia. Internet support that makes this business pattern more popular cause reasons for convenience on offer. Market place or online buying and selling site to be a new belle that offers convenience in shopping. One of the online selling sites that offer such is Bukalapak.com. However protection to consumers in economic transactions with this new model is still minimal. There is no comprehensive legal protection in accordance with the regulations on consumer protection, namely Law no. 18 of 1999 on Consumer Protection. Consumers become the weakest party in case of problems because the built model contains a standard clause in it. Therefore, the protection of consumers in online buying and selling transactions need to be noticed.
