Abstract

The research aimed to determine the effect of management changes, firm size, audit opinion, company growth and audit delay of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2016. This research used 37 manufacture companies that met criteria with total 111 data. sample selected using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. Based on the analysis conducted, showed that the variables of firm size, audit opinion, company growth and audit delay does not have affect to the sample companies to change auditors, while the management changes has a significant influence on the company to change auditors samples.
