Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of motivation, work discipline, work environment, and work conflict against the performance of employees on the Bank BRI Syariah Branches. This study uses primary data. The method of collection of samples carried out sampling of saturated. The population in this study are all employees of the Bank BRI Syariah Branches. The sample used as many as 41 respondents. Methods of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The T-test results showed that the variables motivation, work environment, and work conflicts have no effect on performance of employees. While the discipline of work variable effect on the performance of employees. On the F-test showed that the motivation of working variables together, disciplined work, work environment, work conflicts and affect the performance of the employee.
