Abstract

This study aims to determine the budget deficit, domestic income, national income and domestic savings to the Indonesian foreign debt. The analysis used in this research is by using multiple regression, because this research is used for dependent variable. The method used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The data is the time series data from 1991-2015. The results of this study indicate that the budget deficit, domestic expenditure, national income significant to foreign debt, while domestic income is not significant. From the regression results obtained R-Square value of 0.935597 it is described that the variables in this study able to produce the dependent variable of 93.56% as for 6.44% again by other variables outside this study.
