Abstract

This study examines the motivation, and work Stress on employee performance. This study aims to examine whether there are: (1) the influence of Motivation on Employee Performance (2) the influence of Work Stress on Employee Performance (3) the influence of Motivation and work Stress simultaneously on Employee Performance. Independent variables used in this study are Motivation and work stress, while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. This study took the data through a questionnaire on 56 employees of PT. Pos Indonesia Wonogiri Office. Sampling Techniques uses total sampling. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, R square, and t test. The result of multiple regression analysis shown that motivation has positively influence than work stress has negatively influence. The result of t test analysis shown there is partial influence between motivation and work stress to performance while F test data indicate the influence of simultaneously dependent variable to independent.
