Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of Central Java economic growth, Indonesian economic growth, inflation, interest rate, and labor force to domestic investment in Central Java during 2000-2015. The data used in this research is time series data which obtained from Central Bureau of Statistics of Central Java and Bank Indonesia. The method to estimate the impact of these variables was muiltiple regression using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result showed that Central Java Economic Growth, Indonesian economic growth and labor force have significant impact on domestic investment, while inflation and interest rate has not significant impact on domestic investment in Central Java.
