Abstract
The violence committed by a teacher to his students in Indonesia is a recent phenomenon. Handling of cases of violence committed by teachers to their students can be quite difficult, because teachers have enough rights to educated students. On the one hand students who also have the right to get education safely and comfortably, sometimes can not get their rights because of the fear in school. So in this case the role of government is very important to create a regulation in the world of education, especially so that Constitution Law No. 35 Year 2004 on Child Protection can be optimized in the school scope. Therefore, to find out how the regulation can be run well, it is necessary to do various researches to assess and evaluate the education system so that the criminal acts committed by teachers to their students can be reduced, and even better can be lost in the world of education in Indonesia.
