Abstract
This study entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting Public Consumption in Indonesia in 2009.I - 2017.III". This study was conducted with the aim to analyze the effect of GDP, Inflation, and interest rates on public consumption in Indonesia. In this research sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia. The analysis process performed is Partial Adjustment or Partial Adjustment Model (PAM). Based on PAM test results showed that GDP variables have significant effect in the short and long term to public consumption, GDP variable has significant effect in short and long term to society, and interest rate variable has no significant effect on short and long term to consumption. community. Based on the results of this study, the government needs to make efforts to increase the 2 GDP as a significant factor in determining the high economic and economic contribution, contributing to the people of Indonesia to be the driving factor of the economy and Bank Indonesia must conduct conditions and consistently stabilize interest rates in order to control the amount monetary and inflation rates. A stable and controlled interest rate will encourage people to engage in economic activities, so that the economy can continue to grow and develop.
