Abstract

This study entitled "Analysis of Factors Affecting the Rupiah Exchange Rate of Purchasing Power Parity (PPP)" Theory. This studybaims to analyze and know the magnitude of the effect of inflation, interest rate, exports and imports againts the rupiah exchange rate. In this study using secondary data sourced from the Badan Pusat Statistik and Bank Indonesia with vulnerable time of year 1987-2016. The method analysis used in this research is Error Correction Model (ECM). Based on the result of this study indicate that in the short term all the variables used in this study no one has a significant influence, while in the long run all the variable used have a significant influence.
