Abstract

This study aims to construct a legal relationship between batik craftsmen and companies. the employment contract is an agreement whereby one party, the contractor, binds himself to make a certain work for the other party, which is encouraged by receiving a certain payment. In producing goods everyone can not do independently. The object of research is the legal relationship between batik craftsmen with the company and how the legal protection of each party. The method of this research is done by doctrinal normative is analytical descriptive. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection was done by library study and interview. Data processing is done by inventory of data, then identified by analytical doctrinal.
