Abstract

In this digital era, Telkomsel is currently promoting a digital world campaign in its tagline Building Digital Indonesia feels the need to enhance and strengthen their image by releasing independent or stand-alone products under the brand name Loop Kita. This research uses descriptive qualitative method by placing Loop Kita as research object. The data are collected by using interview technique, observation and documentation. The purpose of the researcheristo describe how Telkomsel in this case represented by Grapari Solo reinforce the brand image of our loop product from IMC theory or Iintergrated Marketing Communication. in IMC there are 6 ways to arrange stage strengthen a brand that is; Advertising, Direct Marketing, Interactive Marketing, Public Relations, Sales Promotion and Personal Selling. In these six steps there is an interrelated effort in the effort to strengthen Loop Kita brand which target is among young people in the age range 13th-35th. This research will focus on the activities carried out by Telkomsel management in strengthening brand image loop kita.
