Abstract

Supply Chain Management or supply chain is a system that examines in the field of effectiveness and efficiency of the flow of goods, money and information that is always sustainable. The purpose of this research is to identify supply chain of craftsman of emping mlinjo Mr Saifudin in Sukoharjo regency, to identify the added value and risk in the supply chain of emper mangjo bapak Saifudin craftsmen, and to overcome the problem of risk management and increase the added value in the supply chain of emping mlinjo bapak Saifudin with using data collection methods such as observation, literature study, interviews, and questionnaires with a sample size of 9 people involved. After data collection then the data is processed by using hayami method and FMEA method which will produce solutions for supply chain management that can integrate the elements so as to minimize the risks and increase the added value of income.
