Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of consumer satisfaction, brand trust, and product quality to the loyalty of Samsung smartphone products and to know the dominant variables affect the loyalty of Samsung smartphone products. The sample of this study amounted to 136 respondents. The data in this study is the primary data derived from the questionnaire. Test instruments include test validity and reliability test. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression, t test, and test R2. The findings show that consumer satisfaction, brand trust, and product quality significantly influence product loyalty. Product quality has a dominant effect on product loyalty. The coefficient of determination or R2 of 42% that the variation of product loyalty can be explained by the variation of consumer satisfaction, brand trust, and product quality while the remaining 58% is explained by other variables outside the model of this study.
