Abstract
This study aims to describe 1). How big is the involvement of members of BPD in deciding the use of village funds in mundu village, 2). the role of BPD members in the process of consensus the use of village funds according to the principle of consensus orientation of good governance in mundu village, 3). constraints of BPD in the process of consensus the use of village funds according to the principles of consensus orientation of good governance in mundu village and 4). solution of BPD in the process of consensus the use of village funds according to the principle of consensus orientation of good governance in mundu village. This research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of data using source triangulation and technique. Data analysis uses interactive models through data collection, data reduction, presentation and conclusion. The results showed that: 1). the involvement of BPD members in deciding the use of village funds in mundu village can be seen in village consultative activities that discuss village development and the use of village funds, allocation of funds, assisting village heads in making decisions to implement development plans; 2). The role of BPD members in the use of village funds is to consider and consider the Village Rule Design with the Village Head, to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the village community and to supervise the performance of the village head; 3) The constraints experienced by the low human resources of the members of BPD are constraints. experienced by BPD in Mundu village, BPD building appears to be less maintenance and its size is fairly narrow to accommodate meeting activities, and lack of technical guidance from Local Government especially in the field of legislation; 4). Solutions provided through the improvement of human resources, the construction of adequate room facilities, holding new members coaching.
