Abstract
ABSTRACT Employee performance has a major contribution to the achievement of company goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work environment on employee performance. This research was conducted in District of Teras Boyolali, involving all employees. Data sourced from primary data and secondary data were collected through interviews and questionnaire dissemination. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique. The result that positive and significant employee performance is influenced by work discipline and work environment. Keywords: Work discipline, Work environment, Performance
