Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of price, service quality, and promotion of customer satisfaction laundry service users in the city of Boyolali. This study also aims to determine jointly the influence of the three independent variables to the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative research, with a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling using convenience purposive sampling technique. Techniques of collecting research data through questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regressionanalysis test. The results show that both partially and simultaneously variable price, service quality, and promotion have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. In the determinant coefficient (R ²), the result is 0.451, it means that the price variable (X1), service quality (X2), and promotion (X3) are able to explain customer satisfaction variable (Y) of 0.451 or 45.1%, and the rest can be explained other variables not contained in the model. The service quality variable that has the most influence to the satisfaction of the customer with the beta value (0,413) is bigger than the price variable (0,323) and the promotion variable (0,161).
