Abstract

The research in this thesis is entitled as "Juridical Review About Implementation of Sale and Purchase Agreement of House (Case Study at PT Pondok Solo Permai, Solo Baru, Sukoharjo, Central Java)". This agreement is made in writing and registered to the local Notary. The problems that arise in this agreement is the payment of installments isn't made by the buyer in accordance with what has been agreed. The formulation of the problem of this research is to know the reason of agreement on the binding of the sale and purchase of the house at PT.PSP, knowing the legal force on the certificate of agreement and to know the obstacle that happened in the agreement. The approach method used in this research is the normative approach. The type of research used is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods used were literature study and field study (interview). Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis.
