Abstract

The purposes of this research are to obtain the representation to the PPDB’s committee formation, to acquire the representation towards the implementation of PPDB and, to know how the implementation of MOS is at MTs SA-PP- Al-Falah Gedongan, Baki, Sukoharjo. This research uses interview, documentation, and observation to gain data. The result of this research can be drawn as follow: (1) the planning of PPDB consists of; determining PPDB’s requirements, determining PPDB’s committee, designing MOS, determining the rules to do re-registration to students who are accepted, determining students into some groups, and determining job description towards headmaster: (2) the roles of PPDB consist of; (a) forming PPDB’s committee; (b) holding a meeting to discuss about PPDB; (c) creating and promoting an announcement; (d) registering new students; (e) selecting new students; (f) holding a meeting to decide who will be accepted to be new students; (g) announcing the result of PPDB; and (g) doing a re-registration to students who are accepted: (3) organizing orientation for new students or MOS.
