Abstract
Case of dropped out is the one of obstacies lung of TB eradication program success. The patients didn’t recover so it becomes a source of infection for the of integration program pattern setting and treatment of disease in daily life as health goals. Low levels of knowledge have higher risk more than 2x of treatment failure occurred compared with those who having high knowledge. The aims is to determine about correlation of the level knowledge management therapy uses cross sectional design. The population is all patients with pulmonary Tuberculosis in BBKPM Surakarta which amount 261 people and the respondent for the research amount 72 people with purposive sampling. Analysis data use Chi Square the results show that value of significance p = 0,002 (p <0,05) indicating that known 47.2% of respondents have knowledge about about management of medium category therapy and as much 23,6% have knowledge about management of therapy category less. From the result of study show that 69.4% of respondents did not drop out in following tuberculosis treatment. As many as 30.6% of respondents drop out in following tuberculosis treatment.
