Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the performance of employee with organizational citizenship behaviour as the moderating variables. The examined factors of this research are organizational commitment, organizational culture and job satisfaction as the independent variables, while the performance of employee as the dependent variables, and organizational citizenship behaviour as the moderating variables.Sampling technique employed in this study is the purposive sampling with the total sample of 44. The data analysis uses moderate regression analysis. The result of the study shows that organizational culture and job satisfaction have any significant impact to the performance of employee, while the organizational commitment did not have any significant impact to the performance of employee. The other result shows that the organizational citizenship behaviour can use as the moderating variables.
